One of the things that I have learned is to always pick things you absolutely love for your feel good space. Sometimes it is simply about choosing items that speak to you. Recently on vacation in Philadelphia I stopped by one of my favorite stores, Material Culture. I found a wonderful array of Buddahs! It was a wonderful display of a variety of sizes, shapes and colors. These were also accented by lit candles. Ahh! Wonderful experience. This enticed me to think about creating a special space in my home to dedicate to peacefulness and mindfulness.
Your feel good space could be filled with items from your travels, gifts from family and friends, or something special that you found. Again one the Five Cardinal Rules of Feng Shui is to surround yourself with things that you love. So I challenge you to go out and shop for things that speak to you for your feel good space or look through your own personal treasures. Create a space that is personalized. Pick areas to enhance your interior with something personal. That to me is a feel good space.
